COTTON EXTRACT H.GL.- M.S. by Provital is a non-GMO, cruelty-free, TSE/BSE-free, conditioning, film former, moisturizing and repairing agent. It is an extract in a medium of glycerin / water from the seeds of gossypium sp, with a plant /extract ratio 1/2. It is paraben-free and contains carbohydrates and proteins.
