Poloxamer 338 (and) PPG-12/SMDI Copolymer. ExpertGel® EG 312 by PolymerExpert produces superb films with soft, silky touch. It is part of the ExpertGel® range of polymers that behave as a liquid at ambient temperature and gelifies when the temperature increases. It has a gelation temperature under 20°C and below 25°C. It has some main advantages such as low concentration, adjustable gelation, unaffected by pH changes and compatible with cosmetic ingredients. It homogenizes film deposition during spreading. ExpertGel® EG 312 is used in sun care range with SPF boost and other cosmetic preparations. The shelf life of this ingredient is 3 years.
