Polyurethane-21. GIOVAREZ® P-0580 by Phoenix Chemical is a film former. It forms a tough yet flexible coating. Moreover, it exhibits excellent non-yellowing UV stability and is compatible with water-based acrylics. The product forms a high gloss, abrasion resistant coating which is derived from a low viscosity easy-to-apply aqueous emulsion. It is highly recommended for use in water based nail enamels. GIOVAREZ® P-0580 is used in mascara, water based transfer resistant systems such as lipstick and make-up products, in concealers for blemishes and wrinkles and as a component of face masks and/or peelable targeted skin patches or band aids.
