ROKAnol® O3

Oleth-3. ROKAnol® O3 by PCC Group is an emulsifier. It belongs to a non-ionic surfactant from the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols of a moderately lipophilic character. It is based on natural raw materials, making it highly biodegradable. It offers low content of free ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane. It possesses good emulsifying and dispersing properties. It has the ability to produce emulsions of both w/o and o/w type. ROKAnol® O3 provides effectiveness in acidic, inert and diluted alkali solutions as well as a wide range of application temperatures. It is designed for hair shampoo, conditioner, bleaching/coloring, styling, cream and lotions.
