EXOcare® TE20 MB FLAKES

Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Ceteareth-20. EXOcare® TE20 MB FLAKES by PCC Group is used as an emulsifying base in O/W preparations and rheology modifier. It can be used as a conditioner and emollient in wash and body care cosmetics. It is characterized by high stability over a wide pH range. It is made from renewable plant materials. It creates an occlusive layer (film) on the surface. It prevents excessive evaporation of water from the surface (an indirect moisturizing action), thus conditioning, softening and smoothing the skin and hair. It gives the hair the desired suppleness. It also reduces skin dryness caused by the anionic surfactants contained in the formulation, leaving the skin hydrated and covered with a protective layer. It improves the spreading of cosmetics, reduces friction and can promote the formation of foam. This product effectively removes impurities and make-up from the skin without causing its excessive degreasing during washing. EXOcare® TE20 MB FLAKES is used in hair straightening preparations, depilatory creams, cream balms and skin care creams. It is suitable for shampoos, conditioners, serums, hair masks, hair dye preparations, styling gels and hand, foot & body-, eye-, anti-wrinkle-, sun- & aftershave creams. It is designed for self-tanning creams and balms, hand & body wash, face & body scrubs, anti-acne preparations, make-up bases, foundations, mascara and eyeliner.
