Talc (and) Hydrogenated Lecithin. Treated Talc OPA-T001QLI by Opaali Technology is treated talc powder. It has a particle size range of 6-8 µm. It is made by wet process technology. It exhibits good dispersibility and binding force, hydrophobic performance and better compatibility in the cosmetics formula. It offers soft skin feeling, excellent skin affinity, slow release and can be coated with some functional drug. Treated Talc OPA-T001QLI is used in compressed powder, powder paste, cream, lipstick, blush, eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, skin care and other cosmetic care products.
