Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate. STRUCTURE® ZEA by Nouryon acts as a rheology/aesthetics modifier and emulsion stabilizer.

• It is a waxy maize starch-based product offering excellent viscosity build in reconstitute powdered products.
• It is a good choice for emulsion products where improved physical stability and rheology aesthetics are desired from a naturally derived, non GMO product.
• It requires instant dispersibility in products where lumping and mixing time should be minimized.
• It boosts the viscosity of powdered bleaches and dyes when they are mixed with water or peroxide solutions.
• In emulsion products such as skin creams and hair rinses, it can aid in emulsion stabilization, aesthetics enhancement, and rheology modification.
• An emulsion containing it will look and feel creamier and richer.
• It is flexible over a wide pH range (3-10) and does not require neutralization and has a high tolerance to electrolytes and cationic.
• STRUCTURE® ZEA is used in antiperspirants/deodorants, bath & shower products, conditioner, hair color, shampoo, styling, sun protection, skin cream and lotion.
