Hydroxyethyl Ethylcellulose. STRUCTURE® CEL 4400 E by Nouryon is a nonionic rheology modifier, offers a range of viscosity building capabilities and shear thinning rheology. Display considerable salt tolerance, demonstrates improved wet combing, wet feel, and dry combing properties in a typical hair conditioner. Also used in skin care to reduce tackiness, enhances texture, foam properties, costablize emulsions, improve the sensory aesthetics of a typical moisturizer base, provide natural film formation properties. STRUCTURE® CEL 4400 E is used in creams, lotions, skin care gels, sun care, after sun products, shampoos, hand sanitizers, hand soaps, body wash, personal and facial cleansers.
