Soytrimonium Chloride (57-63%) (and) Propylene Glycol (37-43%). ARQUAD® PC SV-60 PG by Nouryon acts as a multifunctional and versatile, biodegradable, cationic conditioning agent & emulsifier made from renewable resources.
  • Due to its cationic nature and unique structure, it is substantive to both hair and skin, providing excellent emulsification performance.
  • It improves detangling and wet combing of all hair types.
  • It provides excellent wet feel while enhancing dry combing and leaving a smooth after feel.
  • It is compatible in a wide pH range & a wide range of ingredients including non-ionic, cationic, and mild anionic surfactants and polymers allowing for stable formulations.
  • It offers static reduction, promotes deposition of silicones, enhances sensory properties of emulsions and leaves the skin with a smooth, dry, powdery feel.
  • Reduces tackiness in high oil load formulations.
