Quaternium-18 (74-77%) (and) Propylene Glycol (15-20%). ARQUAD® PC 2HT-75 PG by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a di-alkyl quaternary based on tallow fatty acids.
  • It provides exceptional detangling and wet & dry combing properties along with a luxurious hair feel.
  • It leaves hair soft and silky without build-up and greasy feel.
  • It also works well on both damaged and healthy hair.
  • It should be utilized in leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, combing creams, deep conditioners and hair masks.
  • ARQUAD® PC 2HT-75 PG gets biodegraded as quaternary ammonium compounds, bis(hydrogenated tallow alkyl)dimethyl, chlorides: 68% @ 287 day(s) CBT and amines, bis(hydrogenated tallow alkyl)methyl: 86% @ 14 day(s) CBT.
