Cetrimonium Chloride (45-55%) (and) Isopropyl Alcohol (30-40%). ARQUAD® PC 16-50 by Nouryon is a conditioning agent. It is a vegetable derived mono-alkyl quaternary at a more concentrated level, supplied in IPA instead of water. This C-16 based active provides a good balance of hair conditioning with ease of use in formulation. It should be used where light to moderate conditioning and detangling performance is desired. ARQUAD® PC 16-50 offers good wet & dry combability and clean rinse-ability. This product should be utilized in the following areas: leave-in and rinse-off conditioners, conditioning mousses, combing creams, and hair masks.
