It is composed from 4 kinds of ceramides, hydrogenated lecithin and sterol. It offers emulsification, barrier function, lamellar-forming and moisturizing properties. This ceramide formulated ingredient is composed only of the components like skin intercellular lipid. It enables to emulsify oils like UV absorber or silicone which do not have compatibility each other. It provides moisture & non-sticky/non-greasy texture. Phytocompo™ -C5 finds application in cosmetic applications.
