Hydrogenated Lecithin. NIKKOL LECINOL® S-GF (HYDROGENATED LECITHIN) by NIKKOL GROUP (Nikko Chemicals) is a purified GMO-free hydrogenated soy lecithin. It is an emulsifier that is expected to have a stimulant relief and moisturizing effect.
- It is more stable against heat and oxidation than soy lecithin.
- Contains 20-40% PC.
