Cyclopentasiloxane (and) C30-45 Alkyl Cetearyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. Velvesil™ 125 gel by Momentive Performance Materials acts as a thickener for water-in-oil and oil-in-water emulsions. It is an elastomer gel that delivers a matte finish and line-blurring effect in addition to a silky and powdery skin feel. It is efficient thickener of silicone and organic ingredients.
