Silicone Quaternium-18 (and) Trideceth-6 (and) Trideceth-12. Silsoft™ Q PMF emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials acts as a conditioning agent. It offers excellent lubricity in wet combing, volume without flyaway, excellent softness, and a unique dry sensory. It modifies the lather properties of surfactant products, providing a differentiated after wash skin and hair feel. It allows no discoloration (yellowing) over time.
- It is easy to formulate and is suitable for clear products.
- It is recommended for hair care applications such as conditioners (leave-on and rinse-off), shampoos and hair masks.
- It is also used in skin care, bath and shower products, and soap bars.
- Silsoft™ Q PMF emulsion is formulated without the use of parabens and MIT.
