Silsoft™ A+LT emulsion

PEG-40/PPG-8 Methylaminopropyl/Hydroxypropyl Dimethicone Copolymer. Silsoft™ A+LT emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials is a surfactant-free emulsion of an Amino (AB)n multiblock copolymer silicone with an optimal hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance. It acts as a conditioning and anti-frizz agent.
