Silsoft™ 253 emulsion

Amodimethicone (and) C11-15 Pareth-7 (and) Laureth-9 (and) Glycerin (and) Trideceth-12. Silsoft™ 253 emulsion by Momentive Performance Materials acts as a conditioning agent. It contains 20% silicone solids with an average particle size of less than 20 nanometers. Its physical and chemical properties have been maximized for uniform deposition, maximum penetration and optimum performance. It is a paraben-free system with small droplet size.
