Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (and) PEG/PPG-20/15 Dimethicone. Harmonie™ Mesh emulsifier by Momentive Performance Materials acts as an efficient emulsifier for water in silicone systems. The active emulsifier is a 49% solution of a polyether silicone copolymer which is delivered in 100% naturally derived Caprylic/ Capric Triglyceride and has low cyclic levels. It offers excellent performance at low concentrations, good pigment dispersion and wash-off resistance.
- It provides light, non-sticky, silky feel and tolerates high salt levels, high/low pH and alcohol.
- It is 51% derived natural ingredient and shows high compatibility with natural oils.
- It contains a significantly higher active concentration than standard products of this type resulting in much lower recommended usage levels.
- Harmonie™ Mesh emulsifier is used in color cosmetic applications like foundations, skin care applications like body lotions, creams, and butters, day and night creams and sun care applications such as sunscreen creams and lotions and daily wear SPF.
