Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Sprout Extract (and) Tocopherols (and) Glycerin (and) Lecithin (and) Phenoxyethanol (and) Aqua. SunActin by Mibelle Biochemistry is an antioxidant, protective and sunscreen agent. It is an organic sunflower shoot extract combined with natural vitamin E in a nano-emulsion. Shoots have naturally occurring levels of nutrients (vitamins, antioxidants and phyto-nutrients) which are higher than in the corresponding mature plant. It inhibits the production of MMPs responsible for the degradation of major skin components and boosts the protective effect of sunscreens while neutralizing their oxidant effect. It enhances the skin’s defense capacity & prevents photo-aging and formation of sunburn cells. SunActin is used in skin care with an SPF protection, sun care and anti-aging formulations.
