Polyglyceryl-3 Olivate Phosphate. Acts as an emulsifier. It is the PEG-free ester of polyglyceryl-3 and olive fatty acids which has undergone a partial phosphatization. It is derived entirely from renewable raw materials. It also acts as a feel and texture enhancer in combination with Olivatis 13 in o/w emulsions without unpleasant oily or greasy feel. Prepared emulsions show a remarkable stability at high and low temperature with a long lasting emollient or moisturizing effect. Used to formulate bath oils, shower oils, pre-shave oils, leave-on hair serums and milks.
