Coconut Oil Ethyl Ferulate Esters. FeruliShield™ Coconut by McKinley Resources is an antioxidant, SPF booster and photostabilizer. It enhances durability (shelf-life), elevates performance and maintains efficacy of other active ingredients by protecting against photo-degradation. It is frequently combined with photosensitive ingredients such as vitamin C and vitamin E. It is a natural lipid-based antioxidant and can also be used in sunscreens, anti-aging skin and hair care products. FeruliShield™ Coconut is also used in creams, serums, masks, toners, sunscreens, lotions, cosmetics, foundation, concealer, primer, setting products, anti-wrinkle and anti-age products, hand soaps, body washes, shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, leave-ins, and sprays.
