Cyclopentasiloxane (and) Dimethicone/Vinyltrimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer. Silicone Gel by MakingCosmetics is a non-emulsifying elastomer gel made of an organosiloxane polymer dispersed in cyclopentasiloxane. It acts as a thickener in formulations while delivering smooth applications. It is easily spreadable on skin and imparts a nice, non-greasy and silky skin feel. It adds viscosity & substance to creams and improves water resistance of formulations. It can be used as primer under makeup. Silicone Gel allows easy incorporation of cosmetic ingredients like pigments. It provides a substantive hydrophobic & non-tacky film making it ideal for use in sun care formulations. Recommended for creams, lotions, sunscreen, makeup, lipsticks and hair care. It is GMO- & preservative-free and vegan certified. The shelf life is 24 months.
