Glycerin (39.5%) (and) Aqua (39.5%) (and) Avena Sativa Meal Extract (20%) (and) Phenoxyethanol (1%). Oatmeal Extract by MakingCosmetics acts as a soothing agent. It is obtained from rolled oat kernels and is dissolved in glycerin (from naturally derived oils) & water. It is preserved with phenoxyethanol. It is used in facial masks and as an additive in bath soaps to relieve irritation and itching. It soothes stressed-, blemished and irritated skin. It is also suitable for dry and itchy skin. Oatmeal Extract is used in serums, creams & lotions, skin cleansers, sun- & after-sun care, sunscreens and face- & hair masks. It is GMO-free and vegan certified. It is derived from organic and pesticide-free materials. The shelf life is 24 months.
