Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate (>70%) (and) Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiables (1-10%). Ethylhexyl Olivate by MakingCosmetics is a low viscosity emollient and softening agent. It is naturally made from olive oil and used as an alternative to silicones such as dimethicone, cyclopentasiloxane and cyclohaxasiloxane. It imparts a light, dry and non-tacky feel to the skin. It contains nourishing phytocompounds to support healthy skin. It offers a protective film and reduces greasiness which softens hair & skin. It also improves spreading of creams and lotions. Ethylhexyl Olivate is used in face & body care, hair care products (shampoos, conditioners), sunscreens and after-sun cooling gels. It is GMO- & preservative-free and vegan certified. The shelf life is 24 months.
