Aqua (88-92%) (and) Amaranthus Caudatus Seed Extract (8-12%) (and) Sodium Benzoate (0.9-1.1%). Amaranthus Seed Extract by MakingCosmetics is a hair repairing agent. It contains naturally obtained peptides from the seeds of the velvet flower (Amaranthus Caudatus). It is dissolved in water and preserved with sodium benzoate. The small peptides offers greater penetration into hair fibers. The lightweight peptides provide powerful performance without weighing down hair. Amaranthus Seed Extract enhances structural integrity of the hair by increasing the diameter of individual hair fibers from the inside. It reduces friction between the strands allowing for more hair movement. It adds shine, improves manageability and fortifies hair. It is used in hair shampoos & conditioners, hair fluids & toners and pre-dry treatments. It is vegan certified and GMO- & gluten-free grade. It is derived from organically grown, pesticide-free materials. The shelf life is 18 months.
