Polyquaternium-7. Merquat™ 550L polymer by Lubrizol is a conditioner and foam enhancer. It is a low acrylamide, aqueous, cationic copolymer. It provides improved compatibility and clarity in anionic surfactant systems. It improves wet & dry, and detangling properties of hair care products. It also enhances feel & luster and imparts a smooth, soft velvety feel. It improves slip and moisturization in skin care products. It provides rich, creamy foam in bath and shower products. It reduces tightness after drying. Merquat™ 550L polymer is used in formulating shampoos, hand soaps, facial & mild cleansers and shaving & styling products. It is Halal certified.
