Liposomal tranexamic acid 3% by Lipomize is an effective depigmentation and skin clarifying agent. It contains liposomes made of soy phospholipids and tranexamic acid. The liposomal delivery system leads the active ingredients into the deepest layers of the skin. It is used for the treatment of melanin-related spots, such as post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma.
