Methylisothiazolinone (MIT). NEOLONE® 950 by LANXESS is a broad-spectrum, biodegradable bactericide grade. It functions as a formaldehyde-free, single active preservative. Compatible with a variety of fungicides and bactericides. Designed for rinse-off hair and skin care products, zinc pyrithione-containing shampoos, conditioners, body wash/ shower gels and liquid hand soaps. NEOLONE® 950 is an easy-to-use, water-based formulation with good stability over a wide pH and temperature range.
