Viscolam® GD19

Acrylates Copolymer. Viscolam® GD19 by Lamberti is a thickener with exceptional clarity around neutral pH. It imparts excellent sensorial characteristics, superior suspending and stabilizing, as well as thickening properties to surfactants and detergents systems. It can suspend particles and walnut shells in scrub gels, opacifiers in milky formulations and pearlizing agents. It generates products with a smooth flow.

• It is an alkali swellable polyacrylate that forms viscous surfactants gels, permits crystal clear gel formation, also in presence of salts.
• It is versatile and easy to formulate, only needs a one-step neutralization process and no back-acid technique.
• It can also thicken and stabilize opaque formulations, whenever a high yield point is needed.
• Viscolam® GD19 is characterized by a light, no greasy skin feel and can deliver different texture.
• It is used in hand sanitizers and other personal care products.
