Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. Esaflor® PFT by Lamberti acts as a conditioner, detangler, viscosity modifier, thickener, foam booster and foam stabilizer. It is a hydroxypropylated, cationic bio-based polymer obtained by quaternization of guar gum, designed for clear personal care applications. It is suitable for transparent formulations.
  • It is compatible with most anionic and amphoteric surfactants.
  • It is not sensitive to electrolytes and it does not affect the appearance and rheology of the surfactant system.
  • It is used in 2-in-1 formulations, volumizing, conditioning shampoos, delivering detangling properties, light conditioning and enhanced hair feel.
  • At the same time it improves hair brightness and increase mildness towards skin.
  • It is characterized by moderate aqueous viscosity and optimal compatibility with surfactant systems.
  • It is used in products like shower gels, liquid soaps and body washes, it provides a soft, silky afterfeel, leaving the skin feeling smooth.
  • It also enhances the sensory attributes of foam and helps reduce the negative effects typically associated with harsh soaps and surfactants.
  • The cationic charge of Esaflor® PFT interacts with keratin providing a conditioning effect on hair and skin.
  • It is used in skin cleansing formulations.
  • It is manufactured with sustainable ZERO-X technology, a patented and sustainable process that allows saving water, reducing carbon dioxide emission, energy and raw material consumption at the same time.
