Synthetic Carnauba

Synthetic Carnauba. Synthetic Carnauba by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor. It is a hard, high melting point ester wax very similar to the monoester fraction of carnauba. It increases the softening point of sticks, suppresses migration of oils and improves the homogeneity of the stick. It is free of genetically modified organisms (GMO). It has excellent oil-gelling and oil-binding capabilities. Synthetic Carnauba finds application in creams, lotions, sunscreens, lipsticks, lip balms, mascaras and make-ups.
