Siliconyl Polyethylene PC-38 #447P by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor, slip agent, sunscreen enhancer, dispersant and film former. It is a new wax with many unique formulating advantages. It is designed to reduce the hardness of finished products without affecting the melting point or gelling properties of the finished product. It is free of genetically modified organisms (GMO). It creates a creamy, low viscosity gel with a great non-occlusive skin feel and slip. It also adds gloss and transfer resistant properties in color cosmetics.
