Bis-PEG-12 Dimethicone Candelillate. Siliconyl Candelilla by Koster Keunen acts as a wax & consistency factor, thickener & stabilizer and sunscreen agent. It is a very convenient way to incorporate silicone into formulations. It reduces the tacky feel of silicone oils and imparts a silky feel to the skin. It is free of genetically modified organisms (GMO).
