It is obtained by esterification of free fatty acids of beeswax with polyethylene glycol. It is a light colored wax with self-emulsifying properties and improved oil gelling capabilities. Offers a rich texture and glossy appearance. PEG-8 Beeswax #202 is designed for use in sunscreens, pomades, hair care fixatives, depilatories, creams and lotions. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
