It is a nano zinc oxide powder composed of zinc oxide treated with triethoxycaprylylsilane. This treatment adds hydrophobic and lipophilic properties which makes it easy to disperse in esters, mineral oils, and silicone fluids. ZnO XZ-11S3L is suitable for use in emulsions, gels, hot pours and powders.
