Titanium dioxide (95.0-98.0%) isopropyl titanium triisostearate (0.5 - 1.5%) and triethoxysilylethyl polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone (0.5 - 1.5%). RBTD -TTB2 acts as an aesthetic enhancer, waterproofing agent and dispersant. Surface treated with Kobo's patented TTB hybrid treatment which combines the silicone and ITT titanate treatment. TTB treatment has better affinity for the skin and the treated powders exhibit water resistance which can improve the wear of powders, anhydrous formulations and water-in-oil emulsions. Insoluble in water and used in decorative cosmetics and skin care products. RBTD-TTB2 complies with EINECS/ELINCS.
