Titanium dioxide (41.0-52.5%) (and) Mica (41.0-58.5%) (and) Ferric Ferrocyanide (1.0-6.0%). KTZ® COLORSET BlueRed by Kobo is a pearlescent pigment. It gives rich blue color, with red reflection. Also offers enhancing effects such as depth, dimension, sensual sheen and captivating sparkle. It imparts color and visual effects to lip, face, eye and nail products. Applications include toiletries, body make-up and sunscreens. KTZ® COLORSET BlueRed complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS, EINECS/ELINCS and AICS. It also meets US FDA (21-CFR requirements), Japan MHW and EU Cosmetic Directive 76/768/EEC specifications and purity.
