Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (51-55%), Silica (31.5-35.5%), Iron Oxides (C.I. 77491) (4-8%), Titanium Dioxide (3-7%) and Triethoxycaprylylsilane (1-3%). KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO OrangeCyan-11S2 by Kobo Products acts as a pearlescent pigment. It has orange as predominant color with color travel to cyan due to titanium dioxide or iron oxide coated on synthetic mica. Shows an iridescent display and greater opacity. Offers intense, brilliant color and luster in color cosmetic products. Used in lipsticks, foundations, face powders, eye, nail, hair, body and toiletry products.
