Synthetic fluorphlogopite (52.5-57.0%), silica (23.5-27.5%), titanium dioxide (7.5-12.0%), iron oxide (4.5-9.0%) and isopropyl titanium triisostearate (1.0-3.0%). KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO GreenRed-I2 by Kobo acts as a pearlescent pigment and dispersant. Demonstrates color travel (predominant color is green with color travel to red). Surface treated with Kobo's patented ITT (isopropyl titanium triisostearate) which has good skin affinity and reduces oil absorption of powders. KOBOPEARL® PERPETUAL IO GreenRed-I2 is a free flowing powder, insoluble in water. Used in decorative cosmetic products like lipsticks, liquid foundations, eye shadows and also in sun care formulations. Complies with TSCA, DSL/NDSL, IECSC, KECL, PICCS and AICS.
