Synthetic Fluorphlogopite (81-92%) and Titanium Dioxide (8-18%). K-RAY™ SM BLUE SP by Kobo Products acts as an effect pigment. Offers improved spreading, gloss, adhesion and feel on the skin. Possesses high level of pigment content. It is a synthetic mica substrate. Provides good depth, dimension, sheen, sparkle, color and visual effects. Exhibits better processability in powders. Used in a broad range of cosmetic applications including lip, face, eye & nail products, toiletries, body makeup and sunscreens. K-RAY™ SM BLUE SP meets TSCA, DSL/NDSL, EINECS/ELINCS, IECSC, PICCS, KECL and AICS regulations.
