Titanium Dioxide (76-84%) (and) Hydrogenated Olive Oil Stearyl Esters (6-10%) (and) Aluminum Hydroxide (9.5-13.5%). A15-TIO2-ST-NOE8 by Kobo Products is natural mineral-based, UV attenuated, non-nano titanium dioxide powder. It is made hydrophobic by natural surface treatment using hydrogenated olive oil stearyl. It is an effective UV filter. It shows good physical and chemical stability. It can improve dispersion in formulas. It offers moisturization and imparts color, coverage & spread ability and adds press ability to powder cakes allowing them to be pressed without additional binders. A15-TIO2-ST-NOE8 is ideal for formulating mild or hypoallergenic sun care products with UVA/UVB protection for babies, children and for sensitive skin.
