Cetyl PEG/PPG-7/3 Dimethicone. SeraSol® SC 82 by KCC Beauty acts as a silicone emulsifier for W/O emulsions. Also works as a co-emulsifier for O/W emulsions & for multiple emulsions (W/O/W). It is a liquid polysiloxane polyalkyl polyether block copolymer designed to have a low HLB. Allows the incorporation of potentially difficult ingredients that would normally have a destabilizing effect on the emulsion. This key emulsifier is ideal for various skin and sun cream applications. Night creams need not feel heavy with the use of this elegant silicone emulsifier. It is highly lipophilic and enables cold process manufacturing. SeraSol® SC 82 is used in color cosmetics and hair-care products. It is available in Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
