SeraSnow® SP 13

Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer. SeraSnow® SP 13 by KCC Silicone acts as a strong mattifying and an anti-aging agent. It is a 100% active, spherical & crosslinked silicone elastomer powder and can be used in cold processes. It imparts viscosity to W/O emulsions and enhances spreadability & soft-focus/blur effect of the finished product. It has sebum absorption property and offers a matte, light, dry, silky, smooth, non-greasy and powdery appearance. It has excellent wrinkle-smoothing activity due to the spherical nature of the particulates. It can also be used in dry shampoo formulations to absorb natural oils whilst offering a soft feel. SeraSnow® SP 13 finds application in formulating color cosmetics, cosmetic primers and skin creams & lotions.
