acts as a conditioning agent. It is a non-ionic emulsion of high viscosity polydimethylsiloxane. The added benefit of the emulsion is that foam and viscosity are not adversely affected. It has low external viscosity, hence it is easy to blend and pour. It provides excellent shine, gloss, wet & dry combing and leaves the skin & hair soft and smooth. It has very fine particle size which exhibits good stability. Moreover, it is MIT- & paraben-free and preserved with phenoxyethanol, decylene glycol and caprylyl glycol. SeraShine® EM 121 finds application in formulating shampoos, 2 in 1 shampoos and conditioners.
