Lexquat® C-PF MB

Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride (34.6%) (and) Water (65.4%). Lexquat® C-PF MB by Inolex is a cost-effective, electrolyte tolerant cationic conditioner. It is derived entirely from petrochemical and vegetable sources. The vegetable portion is derived from coconut and/or palm oil. It is inherently resistant to microbial contamination. It provides good compatibility with all surfactant classes and a silky skin feel. It is highly substantive but does not build up on hair. It is easily formulated into clear systems and is a liquid that is readily pourable into cold process surfactant products. Lexquat® C-PF MB is designed for hair conditioners, body washes and face cleansers. It complies with Annexes III, IV, V and VI, of the Cosmetic Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 and Article 15 ("Substances classified as CMR substances") of the Cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009. It is registered with REACH and is also listed in ICL and IECIC regulations.
