Propylene Glycol Dibenzoate. LexFeel® Shine by INOLEX is a shining agent. It is a polar ester having a high refractive index (RI). It can replace other high RI materials, such as phenyl trimethicone, in many cosmetic formulations. It imparts shine & gloss to lipstick, lip gloss, hair gloss, hair gel, hair spray and other hair styling products. LexFeel® Shine can reduce the whitening effect of antiperspirants and inorganic sunscreens.
