Glyceryl Stearate (and) PEG-100 Stearate. Lexemul® 561 MB by INOLEX is a primary emulsifier. It is a non-ionic, modified self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate. The viscosity of the emulsions formed can be varied through the addition of bodying agents like glyceryl stearate and fatty alcohols. Lexemul® 561 MB can form stable emulsions in the presence of high levels of electrolyte and in combination with other emulsifiers of any ionic type. It is designed for all types of o/w cream or lotion systems.
