Acrylates Copolymer. Flexicare™ HP-1140 by Innovative Chemical Technologies is a low tack film forming agent and salon-quality firm hold styling agent. It is an efficient, cost effective and easy-to-use low viscosity acrylic emulsion polymer suitable for use in formulations which demand superior appearance, exceptional clarity, smooth flow (shear-thinning) and suspending or stabilizing properties in fixative systems.

• It offers easy washout, low build-up with form feel, foam stabilization, soft feel and dry combability.
• It imparts body, volume with humidity resistance.
• It is compatible with non-ionic, amphoteric, and anionic surfactants.
• It provides enhanced activity in heat-applied "amplified" treatments.
• It is used in skin care, hair styling mousse, hair fixative, hair spray, hair gel & styling foam, pump & low-VOC aerosol products and amplified styles.
• It has a shelf life of 12 months.
