Cyclopentasiloxane (and) PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. Emulsil® WO-5115 by Innospec acts as water-in-oil emulsifier/surfactant. Possesses higher volatility level due to cyclomethicone diluent. Has excellent delivery systems for sunscreens, antiperspirant actives and pigments. Emulsil® WO-5115 is also used in skin-, body- and hair care products.
