Starch Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride. PenCare™ DP 1015 by Ingredion acts as a deposition and conditioning agent. It is a non-GMO, non-ethoxylated 90% active, naturally based cationic charged polymer with high salt tolerance for thickening, high degree of clarity, low viscosity. It is an efficient silicone deposition aid compatible in conventional and sulfate-free systems. It leaves hair and skin smooth and soft. PenCare™ DP 1015 is used for skin and hair care products like shampoos, hair conditioners, styling products, body washes, bubble baths, liquid soaps, facial cleansers, creams and lotions.
